Privacy, security and confidentiality are important to pr home. The following terms and conditions endeavour to make our web site a safe place to trade. You should understand that by using this web site you agree to the following terms and conditions.


Your contract is with Pavilion Rattan Limited ("pr home") of The Ulvers Building, Budby Road, Cuckney, Nottinghamshire, NG20 9JP.

You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this. This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

pr home do not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

pr home use Sagepay ( for online credit and debit clearing, in conjunction with Barclays Bank.

You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. Depending on your card issuer you may also see a "Verified by Visa" (VbV), or "MasterCard SecureCode" (MSC), dialogue screen. These are the latest fraud prevention initiatives launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction.

Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

All prices on this site include United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate.


pr home aims to dispatch all "non bespoke" orders within 21 working days of confirmation that your order has been accepted. "bespoke" items will be delivered within 6 weeks of confirmation.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

In the event that an order contains both "bespoke" and "non bespoke" items, we will despatch all items together as one delivery.

A statutory cooling off period of 7 days applies to all orders in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

All orders under £100 will be charged £4.95 to cover packaging and carriage.

The prices shown on our website include home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain. Large or heavy items are transported directly to your home by trained furniture delivery staff. Smaller items may be delivered by a parcel service. Please contact us for delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands. We will deliver free to a nominated mainland GB address e.g. a port, onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.

You can collect your goods in person from our showroom. Please remember to bring the CREDIT CARD YOU USED DURING PURCHASE.

Signing for Your Goods & Free Insurance Conditions

We give you free insurance on all goods so you can order with confidence. However, for free insurance you MUST inspect your goods BEFORE you sign for them. Delivery personnel are obliged to wait up to ten minutes for you to inspect your delivery. Take care when opening packages or boxes so as not to damage the goods. Mattresses are plastic wrapped for protection and can usually be inspected without opening. We take great care in packaging your goods and they should arrive in perfect and hygienic condition.

In the unlikely event of any damaged goods, for free insurance you must sign 'damaged' on your drivers delivery note and contact us immediately.


If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.

pr home may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel's contents.


Cooling off period

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods, but please remember that if you decide within the first seven working days of receipt that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

This does not apply to "bespoke" items such as upholstered furniture. Please take extra care when ordering items which are denoted as "bespoke" on our website. We are more than happy to send you fabric swatches for approval if you are unsure as to a fabric colour or texture.

How to return or exchange items

  1. Please re-wrap the item in its original packaging, including the invoice, and attach a label to the parcel addressed to: Pr Home, The Ulvers Building, Budby Road, Cuckney, NG20 9JP.

  2. E-mail us on or call us on 01623 847030 to arrange a return, stating the reason for return. We can either collect the goods at our earliest convenience or alternatively you can arrange to send the goods back yourself. For larger furniture items please see below.

  3. If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 21 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.

  4. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and if you decide to swap an item we can not stop the payer from knowing.

Returning Furniture Items

If for any reason you would like to return a furniture item, please re-wrap it in its original packaging, then email us or call us on 01623 847 030 within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange collection free of charge, at our earliest convenience.

Our Guarantee

Stock Permitting and inline with the notes above regarding bespoke items, we aim to despatch all orders within 14 days. Small items that can be sent by courier are usually sent even sooner. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going online. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur. A large majority of our products are made using natural materials so small imperfections should not be seen as faults.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.


Any items not in stock at the time of first despatch date will be put on back-order. We will inform the customer of this. Once back-order items have been received we will contact the customer to make sure the items are still required prior to despatch. Any back-orders older than 3 months, we will contact the customer to ask if goods are still required and inform of expected delivery date, if available, at this time if goods are not required the back-order items will be cancelled.

Please note - this only applies to orders taken from customers on Mainland UK, all other destinations, due to delivery costs, we will not operate a back-order system.


We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. When we do so, we will mention the fact on our home page All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.


pr home attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free.
pr home does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
pr home does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
pr home will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
pr home makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
pr home does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
pr home will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between you and pr home relating to your purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.
